Same working day wherever possible. Phone is quickest for urgent work such as a leaking ceiling or a unit that has to be ready for a tenancy date.
Do I need a site visit to get a price?
Not always. For repairs, a clear photo and a rough measurement is usually enough for a number. Installation and basement work needs a visit so we can check access, ceiling height and what is already done.
What should I have ready when I call?
Roughly where you are, what you can see, and when you need it done. If it is a build, knowing whether framing and rough-ins are inspected saves a conversation.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free anywhere in the Niagara Region and there is no travel premium built into the price.
